For twenty-five years, YIHUA has done one thing: build tools that produce exactly the right amount of heat, exactly where you need it — soldering stations, hot air rework systems, desoldering tools, and the precision instruments around them.

Twenty-five years on the bench

YIHUA began in the soldering and desoldering industry in 2000, and we haven't drifted since. Today we are one of the world's largest manufacturers of electronics rework equipment — headquartered in Guangzhou, with roughly 300 employees, a 10,000 m² facility, more than 20 production lines, and around 21 million units built to date, trusted in over 50 countries.

But the number we're proudest of is smaller: 20 milliseconds. That's the PID temperature-correction cycle our engineers achieved back in 2010 — still among the fastest in the industry — because a rework station is only as good as how steadily it holds the temperature you dialed in.

The standard we helped write

YIHUA served as one of the principal drafters of GB/T 7157-2019, China's national standard for soldering irons and hot-air tools. When you help write the rules for an industry, stable production and stable quality stop being slogans — they become obligations.

Our safety design philosophy shows up the same way: the handle-dock safety interlock we introduced in 2004 is now used by around 90% of rework stations on the market. We hold more than 200 patents.

Our products carry FCC, ETL, CE, RoHS, and PSE certifications, our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified, independently audited by SGS and Bureau Veritas, and we passed BSCI social-compliance certification in 2022.
