Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with YIHUA SOLDERING TOOLS. Orders are fulfilled from regional warehouses and authorized distribution partners, so your tools ship locally wherever possible — faster delivery, no international customs hassle.

1. Dispatch time
Every order is dispatched within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

2. Delivery areas
We deliver to addresses in all regions we serve, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. If your country or territory is listed at checkout, we can ship to it. If you don't see your location, contact us at support@yihuatools.com before placing an order.

3. Delivery time
Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–10 days after dispatch, depending on your destination and the carrier serving your area. During sales promotions or holiday periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Free shipping
Free standard shipping is applied to all eligible orders — no minimum spend required.

5. Duties and taxes
Orders shipped within your own region or market zone incur no import duties. Cross-border shipments, where they occur, may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by your local authorities; these are collected at checkout where required by law, or otherwise stated before you pay.

6. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you can follow it through the tracking link in your shipping email. If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact our support team at support@yihuatools.com and we will resolve it for you.

7. Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — while the order is still in processing we will correct it free of charge. Once the parcel has shipped, we will do our best to intercept or redirect it, but this cannot be guaranteed.
