Welcome to www.yihuatools.com (the "Site"), operated by YIHUA® ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any orders you place through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your registration and order information is accurate.

2. Products and product information
We aim to display product information — descriptions, specifications, images, and prices — as accurately as possible. Tool applications shown on the Site are for demonstration; soldering equipment involves heat and should be used responsibly and in accordance with the instruction manual supplied with each product. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and pricing errors
All prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. In the event of a pricing error (for example, a typographical mistake), we may correct the price or cancel the affected order and notify you by email; if you have already been charged for a corrected order, we will refund the difference in full.

4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, including where quantities are limited, items are unavailable, or we suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. Shipping and delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is captured when the order is processed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellation
Our return and refund practices are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — trademarks (including YIHUA®), logos, text, images, graphics, product designs, manuals, and downloadable files — is owned by or licensed to YIHUA® and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may download materials provided for personal, non-commercial use (such as product manuals). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Customer reviews and submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the Site and in our marketing. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

9. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: misuse the Site or interfere with its security or performance; attempt unauthorized access to any account or system; use bots or automated means to scrape content or place orders; transmit malware; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., social media pages). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YIHUA® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify YIHUA® against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent required by law.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time you place your order; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is principally established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before resorting to formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation via support@yihuatools.com. Nothing in this section deprives consumers of the protection of provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country where they habitually reside.

16. Severability and assignment
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not without our consent.
