Refund policy

We stand behind every YIHUA tool we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. What we accept as returns
We accept returns for product defects: items that are faulty, arrived damaged, or are not the product you ordered. Returns for these reasons are handled under section 3.
For any other reason (changed your mind, ordered the wrong model, no longer needed), a return can be accepted only if you cover the return shipping cost and arrange the return label yourself, as described in section 4.

2. How to start a return
Email support@yihuatools.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization and the return shipping address. Please do not send parcels back before receiving this authorization.

3. Product defects — fully covered
If your item is defective, arrived damaged, or is not the product you ordered:
• No return handling fee.
• We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your region.
• You may choose a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
Just email support@yihuatools.com with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue, and we will arrange the label for you.

4. Returns for any other reason — at customer's cost
If you want to return an item for a reason other than a product defect:
• You cover the return shipping cost and arrange the shipping label with your local carrier yourself.
• The item must be returned complete, with all accessories and packaging.
• A 5% return handling fee is deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Final sale items
Products marked as final sale (clearance) cannot be returned or cancelled. This marking is shown on the product page before purchase.

6. Order cancellations
Returns apply to shipped orders. If you need to cancel an unshipped order, contact support@yihuatools.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop it before dispatch.

7. Refund timing
Once your return is received and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Bank and card issuers typically post it within a few business days after issuance.
