Description

This high-power hot air rework station is specifically designed for professional rework use on cellphones, laptops, and other multi-layer circuit boards. You can select from a temperature range from 212℉ to 932℉ and a simulated air volume range of 1 to 120 to help you extract components without roasting the circuit board. This station is beneficial when working with dense (double or multi-layer) boards containing a large amount of SMD components, commonly found on Apple, Huawei, and other small electronic products. This station extracts components in a significantly shorter amount of time as compared to standard hot air rework stations when working with double or multi-layer boards. The station's actual hot air temperature is accurate to the displayed setting temperature to prevent damaging IC chips by overheating in the rework process. (To achieve the most accurate hot air temperature when working in environments with different ambient temperatures, use the digital temperature calibration function when necessary) You can save up to three sets of temperature and air volume settings into the three preset channels, so you don't have to constantly adjust temperature and air volume settings for works that are different in temperature requirement. How it works: You can set Channel 1 to 350°C for component A, Channel 2 to 380°C for component B, Channel 3 to 120°C for heat shrinking. While you're working, you can switch between these settings with just ONE press of a button. Your environment's ambient room temperature changes by the season, and temperature discrepancies may occur. You can simply measure the actual hot air temperature with a professional thermometer and key in the measured temperature value in the calibration interface with this function. The system will then do the calculation and correct the temperature for you. A quick access button is fitted to the handle of the hot air gun for you to switch between THREE different hot air modes conveniently. You can change between Hot Air Manual, Cool Air Manual, or In-Holder Standby mode with just one press of a button. How it works: Use the Hot Air Manual Mode to keep the hot air gun running for frequent operation. Use the cool air manual mode to cool the board down. Or, use the In-Holder Standby mode when the hot air gun is not frequently needed to extend the heating element’s lifespan.
